Oral Sessions

The oral session will consist of a presentation with slides played while the speaker is talking.

Each speaker will be introduced by the moderator at the beginning of the talk. A question and answer session will open through the chat. The moderator will select the questions, play them on the screen and read them aloud for the speaker to answer them.

Please, respect the assigned time and follow the instructions of the moderator so that the program can flow smoothly.



Two days before the event, a meeting will take place in a virtual rehearsal room with the speakers and the conference manager to explain the platform, check technical conditions and answer questions.

A day before the event, the speakers will receive a link from the ClickMeeting virtual room where the conference will take place. On the day of the event, they will have to connect at least 1 h before the official time of the start of their talk to check the connections.

Presentation format
  • Presentation with slides in PDF file
  • It can contain texts and images
  • If you include video, it cannot be inside the document. The video in mp4 format will be sent to the conference manager, indicating the page on which it should be played.

All the materials for the presentation as powerpoint and videos must have been submitted to moderator 3 days before the conference, in order to upload it.

Registration and abstract submission

Invited Speakers will receive an invitation via e-mail. They have to register and submit an abstract of their contribution.

They should prepare a presentation that must have been submitted to moderator 3 days before the conference.

Technical requirements

The oral sessions will take place on the ClickMeeting platform. In order to do it, the speaker will need:

  • A computer
  • A webcam camera and microphone. Normally, laptops have the webcam and the microphone built-in. We strongly recommend to use headphones and microphone, or a separate microphone for good quality broadcast
  • Slides presentation in PDF format
  •  Good network connection, preferably with cable

Preferably, the speaker will be in a silent room with a background as neutral as possible to avoid interruptions during the broadcast.
