Materials, interfaces and active layer crystallization are critical to the functioning of perovskite optoelectronic devices. In this presentation, I will update our recent work on the development of high-efficiency and high-stability perovskite solar cells. I will also introduce our preliminary results on peroskite based photodetectors. The recurrent key issues about these devices relate to the control over perovskite crystallization and interface deliberation for optimal manipulation of photons and charge carriers.
