Motivated by the new wave of AMOLED technologies, which has been successfully applied on smartphones, TV sets and other electronic products, quantum dots light emitting diodes (QLEDs) also embrace augmenting attentions. QLEDs, compared to OLEDs, show better opto-electronic properties including short full width at half maximum, high quantum yield, potentially long stability. Here in TCL research center, we have been dedicated to focusing on ink jet printing(IJP)-QLEDs as next generation display technology. In this speech, I will introduce our current progress on the RGB spin-coating and IJP devices in both efficiency and lifetime. Meanwhile, I will cover our mechanism analysis, as well as the standardized measurement of QLED devices.
