The perovskite solar cells have indicated spectacular advancement and have achieved an efficiency of 22.1%. Although the danger of Pb in perovskite solar cells is a noteworthy issue regarding their usage into photovoltaic cells. Tin perovskite (MASnI3) is an achievable differentiating alternative to supplant Pb as it has smaller band gap of value 1.3 eV and broader absorption in visible range. The advancements of manufacturing tin-based solar cells with extraordinary strength has enlivened the examinations of these cells tremendously. A detailed comprehension of impact of every component of a solar cell on its yield execution is expected to additionally build up the innovation. In this research paper, structure of MASnI3 perovskite solar cell is proposed. The CuSbS2 (inorganic material) is utilized as HTL with MASnI3 as absorber layer in this structure in view of its inherent characteristics (high Voc and abundance) when contrasted with the expensive and unstable organic Spiro-MeOTAD. With coordination of CuSbS2 as a HTL in the structure, the results are sufficiently adept with FF of 81.2%, Voc of 0.953 V, Jsc of 32.5 mA/cm2 and PCE of 25.20%. The outcomes indicated 7.88% improvement in PCE, 3.59% in Voc, 3.17% hike in Jsc and 1.51% in FF. The results exhibit that the Pb free MASnI PSC is a future outlook to the PV network in terms of nature friendly and resulting similar PCE as of toxic Pb perovskite cells.
