How to participate in the conference


In order to register to the conference, you need to sign up at nanoGe and obtain your ticket.

To create an account if you are not yet registered click the "signup" tab insert your details and buy a ticket as usually. Upload a profile picture if it is not yet in the system. You will receive the registration confirmation via e-mail (check bouth, your inbox and spam box).

Login and join the conference

On the scheduled date Login at the conference, click on the 'Virtual Room door' that you will find at the General Conference Hall. These content are only available for registered users.

Interaction with the authors:

Chat: Each video presentation has a chat available to ask questions.

Live Q&A Session: Live Discussion where the authors will respond the questions.

Join the ePoster Session

You can see the ePosters at any moment in the "ePoster board" tab (only available for registered users).

The ePoster Session takes place in an interactive platform available at the ‘Virtual Room’ tab. Look for the “Go to ePoster Session” buttom.

You’ll need a password to access, this can be found next to the “Go to ePoster Session” buttom.

This platform will be available for participants to join at the scheduled time.

ePoster platform content:

First, you need identify yourself by adding your name.

Second, you need to give the video and audio permission in your browser. You will need the other participants to be able to see you to interact with them.

Last but not least you can move around the space using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
