Regular Fee
From the February 8th, you will register for a Regular Fee. Payment should be made until 20th March 2024.
Registrations after 21st March 2024 should be paid within the next 48 hours using credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
Registrations onsite have 100€ surcharge and must be authorized by the conference secretariat team.
Safety is a core value at nanoGe. With that purpose in mind, nanoGe is taking proactive steps to minimize the exposure to COVID-19 of our participants and staff during our Conferences.
Prior to the event:
- Check with your embassies the requirements for a safe travel and safe return.
- Do not travel if you are ill or not feeling well.
During the event:
nanoGe will continue to work with the venue and local jurisdictions and will make modifications to ensure the health and well-being of all attendees.
- Facial Masks will be recommended during the conference but not mandatory.
- Practice good hygiene by washing your hands frequently or using sanitizing stations that will be located throughout venue.

If you need a COVID-19 PCR test or a COVID-19 rapid antigen test we have located several places where you can book the appointment.
