Registration
To register you should login with your nanoGe account and purchase your ticket at the Registration tab.
To create an account, click at the "signup" tab and follow the instructions.
Login and join the conference
Login at your nanoGe account and access to the General Conference Hall.
You will be able to join the corresponding ‘Virtual Room’, which is only available for registered users.
You will find all the contents, along with their description and schedules. Everything will happen in this space.
- Live sessions: the invited speakers’ session is live. You will see a chat for participants' interaction on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Live Q&A Sessions & Discussions: The time when the authors & speakers will respond to the audience questions.
Early Registration Fee
Take advantage of the Reduced Registration Fee by registering prior to 7th September 2023. This amount can be paid until 13th September 2023, once the program has been published.
Regular Fee
From 29th August 2023, you will register for a Regular Fee. Payment can be made until 18th September 2023.
Registrations after 18th September 2023, should be paid within the next 48 hours using bank transfer or PayPal.
You can see the ePosters at any moment in the "ePoster board" tab (only available for registered users).
The ePoster Session takes place in an interactive platform called Gather, available at the ‘Virtual Room’ tab. Look for the “Go to ePoster Session” buttom.
This platform will be available for participants to join at the scheduled time.
ePoster platform content:
First, you need to identify yourself by adding your name.
Second, you need to give the video and audio permission in your browser. You will need to have your camera on in order to interact with other participants.
Last, but not least, you can move around the space using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
