Venue

The conference will take place at IMDEA Energy, an institute founded in 2006 by the Regional Government of the Community of Madrid in order to promote and carry out R&D activities related to energy, with a special emphasis on issues concerning renewable energies and clean energy technologies.

IMDEA is located on the outskirts of Madrid in a municipality called Móstoles.There are different ways to get to the venue: 

  • By train: Line C-5 from Atocha to Móstoles, El Soto station. Trains depart frequently from Atocha station.
  • By metro: Line nº 12, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos station. If you choose the underground it is necessary to walk a short distance to the Institute.
  • By bus: From Móstoles El Soto station you can take bus line 3 and in two stops you will arrive at the Institute IMDEA Energía.

nanoGe will also provide a free shuttle bus from the centre of Madrid (Atocha Station) to IMDEA. 

The bus will leave from Calle Méndez Álvaro, nº 12 in the morning and at the end of the conference day each day. The pick-up and drop-off point will be the same.

  • Monday 10th February: Departure at 08:30h
  • Tuesday 11th February: Departure at 08:45h
