Abstract Submission

To submit an abstract you need to be registered for the conference: Log in to your existing nanoGe account or Create a new account and go to the Registration section.Then select a Category.

You have the option of paying at this time or later.

Accept the conditions and press Continue.

Once you have completed the registration, you can submit your abstract via the User menu on the left:

Abstract Format
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English, using the provided online text form. Figures or images are not allowed.
  • The Table of Contents (TOC) graphic is mandatory if you select poster as a preference and is highly recommended if your abstract is accepted as an oral. 
  • Abstract has a limitation of 600 words maximum and 150 words minimum.
  • It is mandatory for presenting authors to be registered.
  • Each author may submit only one abstract as presenting author for oral contributions.
  • Each author may submit only one abstract as presenting author for poster contributions.

 

Poster Requirements:
  • Posters must be printed in A0 size.
  • During the session (approximately one hour), the presenting author must stand by their poster to explain their work.
  • It is important for authors to know their poster ID, as it will correspond to the number on the display panel where your poster must be hung.
