If you come from the airport:

At the Frankfurt airport station, take the S9 line (purple). It´s a 10 min. with just 3 stops left.

Get off at Frankfurt-Niederrad, and change your line to S7 (green), it’s a non-stop 5 min journey to Frankfurt (Main).

At Frankfurt Main station, take the RB 15419 Schwetzingen line, and get off at Darmstadt Main station (it´s a 19 min journey with just 2 stops).

The service runs 365 days a year.

You can also take a taxi at the same airport. Taxis are available around the clock at both terminals and the long-distance train station.

The taxi fare cost from the airport to Frankfurt city center is about 50€ - 60€.
