Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and obtain a Korean visa before the visitation. For nationals in countries eligible for visa-free entry to Korea, one must obtain K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization). This is a new measure put in force in Oct. 2021. Please make sure to check whether you need a Korean visa or K-ETA.
**The Embassy will notify applicants of their visa details by issuing ‘Confirmation of Visa Issuance’ on the official web site at www.visa.go.kr where applicants can print out the document, at any time, by entering personal details such as passport number, date of birth and other relevant information.

VISA Invitation Letter from NEURONICS26 Conference
The visa invitation letter is available only to abstract authors of NANO KOREA 2026 who have completed their registration payment. After submitting the registration form and completing the payment, you may apply for the letter through the registration list. Once reviewed and approved, the letter will be sent to you by email and will also be available in the online system at all times, together with other supporting documents.

- Valid e-mail address
- Face image photo
- Credit or debit card that can be used to pay the fee.
*K-ETA application fee is non-refundable even though the application is rejected.
