Our research group is dedicated to advancing functional polymer and perovskite materials for diverse optoelectronic applications, including thin-film transistors (TFTs), (photo)memories, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), solar cells, and lasing devices. A central focus of our work lies in elucidating the intricate structure–property relationships of polymers and hybrid perovskites, which serve as the foundation for rational material design. Beyond controlled synthesis of solution-processable semiconducting materials, we actively pursue innovative interface and device engineering strategies to maximize performance and stability. These efforts encompass tailoring molecular composition, optimizing film morphology, and engineering charge transport pathways at critical interfaces.

In this context, we highlight our recent contributions to perovskite-based devices, where systematic studies integrate material composition optimization, interface engineering, and advanced morphological analyses. By combining experimental insights with device-level evaluations, we aim to unlock the full potential of perovskites, particularly in applications extending beyond conventional photovoltaics. Our investigations demonstrate how synergistic advances in materials chemistry and interface design can yield significant improvements in efficiency, durability, and functionality. Collectively, these studies underscore the promise of perovskite optoelectronics as a versatile platform for next-generation devices, paving the way toward broader technological impact and practical implementation [1–5].
