Covalent organ frameworks (COFs) offer a molecular platform for exploring organic materials that feature ordered π arrays and aligned pores. Here we summarize the typical strategies for designing and synthesizing COFs to produce different tailor-made structures and highlight the methodologies to explore unique properties that are specific to COFs.[1-5]
