Invited speakers and contributed oral applicants must meet the oral deadline. Afterwards, the committee finalises the programme and sends acceptance notifications. After 1 December, only poster submissions remain open.
How to submit
- Log in or create a nanoGe account and register for the conference.
- Select a registration category. Pay now or later, accept the conditions and press “Continue”.
- Submit your abstract through the User menu on the left.
Contribution guidelines
Oral contributions
Prepare your abstract
150–400 words per abstract
- Write in English using the online text form.
- Figures and images are not permitted.
- Presenting authors must be registered.
- Each presenting author may submit one oral abstract per symposium at this multisymposium conference.
Poster contributions
Prepare your poster
A0 required printed poster size
- One poster abstract per presenting author.
- Two poster sessions are planned.
- Stay beside your poster throughout your session (approximately 1–1.5 hours).
- Your poster ID identifies your display panel.
- Catering is provided during poster sessions.
