Presentation

The International Conference on Perovskite Semiconductors: From Fundamental Properties to Devices (PerFunPro), will be celebrated from 8th to 10th of September 2025 at the university of Konstanz, (Germany).

Universitätsstraße 10, 78464 Konstanz, Germany

This conference will focus on perovskite semiconductors, a class of materials with outstanding properties, remarkable chemical tunability, and the ability to be processed from solution, making them highly attractive for device applications. Key topics will include precursor chemistry, crystallization and film formation mechanisms, stability and degradation pathways, as well as the role of defects and their passivation. In addition, the program will cover the fundamental electronic and optical properties of perovskites, their interfaces and ion migration, and their applications in devices such as tandem solar cells, LEDs, and detectors, while also exploring emerging properties and future directions in the field.

With this PerFunPro conference we want to celebrate the research done within the DFG funded Priority Program SPP2196 and bring together the perovskite community from across the globe to present their newest result, take the opportunity to extend their network and to discuss emerging challenges in this research field.
