Both invited speakers and those wishing to apply for a contributed oral presentation must submit their abstracts by June 30.
After this deadline, the scientific committee will have 15 days to finalize the conference program. Once the program is completed, notification of acceptance will be sent out.
Speakers that do not submit their abstracts on time do not take into account.
From July 1 onwards, abstract submissions will remain open exclusively for poster presentations.
To submit an abstract you need to be registered for the conference: Log in to your existing nanoGe account or Create a new account and go to the Registration section.
Then select a Category, you have the option of paying at this time or later.
Accept the conditions and press Continue.
Once you have selected a category, you can submit your abstract via the new User menu on the left:
- Abstracts must be submitted in English, using the provided online text form. Figures or images are not allowed.
- Abstract has a limitation of 400 words maximum and 150 words minimum.
- It is mandatory for presenting authors to be registered.
- Each author may submit only one abstract as presenting author for oral contributions. In case of a multisymposia conference, each author may submit one abstract for oral contributions for each symposia.
- Each author may submit only one abstract as presenting author for poster contributions.

Poster Requirements:

Posters must be printed in A0 size.

During the session (approximately one hour), the presenting author must stand by their poster to explain their work.

It is important for authors to know their poster ID, as it will correspond to the number on the display panel where your poster must be hung.

Catering will be provided during the poster sessions.
