Abstract Submission Deadline

Both invited speakers and applicants for contributed oral presentations must submit their oral abstracts by Monday 24 Nov 2025.
After this deadline, the scientific committee will finalize the conference program, and acceptance notifications will be sent accordingly.

Please note: After November 24, abstract submissions will remain open only for poster presentations.

How to submit an abstract

To submit an abstract, you must be registered for the conference.
Please Log in to your existing nanoGe account or Create a new one if you don't have an account yet.

You may choose to complete the payment now or at a later time.

Oral contribution guidelines
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English, using the provided online text form. Figures or images are not allowed.
  • Abstract has a limitation of 400 words maximum and 150 words minimum.
  • It is mandatory for presenting authors to be registered.
  • Each author may submit only one abstract as presenting author for oral contributions. In case of a multisymposia conference, each author may submit one abstract for oral contributions for each symposia.
  • Each author may submit only one abstract as presenting author for poster contributions.
Poster contribution guidelines

There will be two poster sessions:

  • Tuesday, March 24
  • Thursday, March 26

Poster Requirements:

  • Posters must be printed in A0 size.
  • During the session (approximately one hour), the presenting author must stand by their poster to explain their work.
  • It is important for authors to know their poster ID, as it will correspond to the number on the display panel where your poster must be hung.
  • Catering will be provided during the poster sessions.
